INNATE — Restore your innate balance

A Modern Wellness System Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Restore your innate balance.

The body already knows how to heal.
Our role is simply to restore the conditions
in which that intelligence can work.

INNATE

There is a version of you that wakes up rested,
moves without tightness, and carries the weight
of your life without it settling as pain.

You have felt it before.
That state of quiet aliveness
that does not require anything to be different.

That state is not lost. It is waiting.

INNATE is built around a single conviction: the body already knows how to restore itself. What years of pressure, overstimulation, and accumulated tension have disrupted is not the body's capacity for healing — only the conditions in which that capacity can work.

INNATE's role is to restore those conditions: through clinical clarity, the full depth of Traditional Chinese Medicine practice, and seven days of dedicated, unhurried attention to what your body has been trying to tell you.

The System

Two steps.
One returning to yourself.

Step One

First, a clear picture.

Every INNATE journey begins with a comprehensive full-body health screening conducted by qualified physicians. Modern diagnostics — blood panels, organ function markers, hormonal indicators, cardiovascular assessment — to establish an honest baseline, rule out anything that needs clinical attention, and give your TCM practitioner the clearest possible foundation to build from.

We begin with certainty, not assumption. What the screening confirms — that what you carry is the weight of accumulated pressure, not an unaddressed condition — is itself a form of relief most guests did not expect to feel.

Step Two

Then, the deep work.

Grounded in the accumulated wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the programme draws on the full range of classical practice — movement, acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, moxibustion, cupping, medicinal cuisine — chosen and adjusted each day for your constitution, your pattern, and what your body needs most.

This is not a menu of treatments. It is a coherent, practitioner-led programme built around a single, evolving picture of you — one that deepens each day as the body responds and reveals more of what it needs.

The Practice

Thousands of years of knowledge.
Applied to you, specifically.

INNATE draws on the full depth of the classical TCM toolkit. No single modality is prescribed in isolation — each is chosen as part of a coherent daily protocol designed around your constitution and the healing work already underway.

The Journeys

Three programmes.
One system.

Each INNATE journey follows the same two-step framework — clinical foundation, then deep TCM restoration — tailored to a specific pattern of depletion. Choose the one that speaks most directly to where you are.

The Duration

Seven days is enough
time to shift.

The body does not change through a single session or a weekend. But neither does it need months. Given the right conditions — consistent practice, skilled hands, appropriate nourishment, and genuine stillness — a week is enough time for most people to feel a fundamental shift in how they carry themselves, sleep, and move through the day.

INNATE is designed around that threshold: enough time for the body to begin remembering what balance feels like. Enough time to leave with a clear sense of how to maintain it.

You do not need to be unwell to benefit from INNATE.
You need only to have noticed that something has shifted —
and to be ready to give it seven days.
