Service Description
ChinaMed Waypoint provides medical resource coordination services, including:
- Facilitating access to healthcare providers in China
 - Coordinating medical appointments and consultations
 - Providing translation and interpretation services
 - Arranging travel and accommodation logistics
 - Offering ongoing coordination support
 
Important: We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment plans. We are a coordination service only.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
 - Follow all medical advice provided by licensed healthcare professionals
 - Obtain appropriate travel insurance and documentation
 - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
 - Respect healthcare providers and their facilities
 - Pay for services as agreed
 
Payment Terms
- Coordination fees are due as specified in your service agreement
 - Medical treatment costs are paid directly to healthcare providers
 - Cancellation policies vary by service and provider
 - Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
 - Currency fluctuations may affect final costs
 
Limitation of Liability
ChinaMed Waypoint's liability is limited to our coordination services only. We are not responsible for:
- Medical outcomes or treatment results
 - Actions or omissions of healthcare providers
 - Travel delays, cancellations, or complications
 - Changes in medical condition
 - Currency fluctuations or price changes
 - Force majeure events
 
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our coordination services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With reasonable notice for ongoing services
 - Immediately for breach of these terms
 - For safety or legal compliance reasons
