INNATE

The last time your cycle felt easy,
you were probably younger, or less busy, or both.

Your skin has been telling the story before you do —
the dullness that no serum quite reaches,
the tiredness that shows up before you feel it.

Somewhere beneath the calendar and the list of people who need you,
there is a woman who remembers what it felt like to feel well.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has been reading women's bodies for over two thousand years — the quality of the blood, the rhythm of the cycle, the way Qi moves differently through a woman's body across the decades of her life. This seven-day journey was designed around that accumulated wisdom: a complete restoration of the systems that modern life quietly depletes, expressed both in how you feel inside and in how you appear to the world.

The Journey

Seven days.
Two kinds of bloom:
inner health and outer radiance.

Each morning opens with gentle Qigong chosen specifically for women — warming the lower abdomen, supporting blood circulation, preparing the body to receive the day's deeper work. The afternoons are given to your practitioner: targeted sessions addressing cycle regulation, hormonal balance, and the particular depletions your body carries — adjusted each day based on where you are, not fixed weeks in advance.

Each evening turns outward — to the face, the skin, the surface where inner health eventually arrives. Facial acupuncture, Gua Sha, herbal treatments chosen to let the restoration happening inside begin to show. Your meals follow the same logic: blood-nourishing, warming, built around what your body's cycle asks for at this moment.

Women's Health  ·  Cycle Balance  ·  Natural Radiance

This journey was designed
for you, if —

You have been managing a body
that has quietly stopped cooperating.

Perhaps your cycle has become irregular, painful, or simply unpredictable — and you have been told there is nothing clinically wrong, which is somehow worse than having an answer. Or perhaps your skin has shifted: less clear, less luminous, more tired-looking than you feel on the inside. Or perhaps you carry a hormonal fatigue that arrives in waves — the week before everything, the afternoon crash, the years before everything changes — and no amount of sleep quite touches it.

This journey was built for that kind of depletion specifically. For women who want to address the root, not manage the surface. Who understand that the cycle, the complexion, and the capacity for rest are not separate things — and that restoring one begins with attending to all of them.

This programme is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment. It is not suited for guests seeking diagnosis, clinical monitoring, or treatment of a specific health condition. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before travelling.

DAY 1

First: a complete picture of where your body stands.

Before any TCM work begins, you will undergo a comprehensive health screening with a women's health focus — hormonal markers, thyroid function, gynaecological examination, and a full-body baseline assessment conducted by qualified physicians.

This is not a precaution. It is a foundation. TCM is most effective when it works alongside — not around — what modern medicine can see clearly. The two views, taken together, give your practitioner a picture of you that neither could provide alone.

Many women arrive not knowing what their hormonal baseline is. Leaving with that clarity is itself a form of care.

What this gives you:

Your results are reviewed by a qualified physician and shared in confidence with your TCM practitioner before any sessions begin. The renewal programme that follows is built on what this screening reveals — not on assumption.

DAY 1

Then: being read
in the way that counts.

A woman's body speaks through her complexion, the quality of her pulse, the colour and coat of her tongue, and the story she tells about her cycle — its rhythm across the month, what the week before feels like, what the days after take from her. Your TCM practitioner will spend unhurried time reading all of it.

This is not a symptom checklist. It is a portrait — of your constitutional pattern, whether you tend toward Blood deficiency or Qi stagnation or Yin depletion, where things move freely and where they do not, and what this particular chapter of your life is asking of your body.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is glossed over.

What you receive:

A Women's Vitality Profile™ — a personalised map of your cycle pattern, constitutional strengths and depletions, and the specific focus for each of the six days ahead.

Every day has two layers.

One that restores what is beneath the surface.
One that lets it begin to show.

Morning · Inner Warming

Beginning with the blood.

Each morning opens with Qigong chosen specifically for women — focused on warming the lower abdomen, encouraging blood flow through the pelvic region, and steadying the nervous system before it receives the demands of the day. This is not exercise. It is preparation: creating the conditions in which everything that follows can work more deeply.

Daytime · Deep Restoration

Working on the systems behind the surface.

Two afternoon sessions selected each morning based on your cycle phase and what your body needs that day. Acupuncture targeting cycle regulation and hormonal balance. Moxibustion over the lower abdomen to warm the uterus and dispel cold. Herbal soaks, cupping along the back to release stagnation. Each session addresses a different layer of what years of depletion have accumulated in a woman's body.

Evening · Outer Radiance

Inner health, expressed through the face.

The face does not lie about the state of the blood. Each evening is devoted to the surface that inner health eventually reaches — facial acupuncture to improve circulation and tone, Gua Sha to release the tension held in the jaw and brow, and herbal mask treatments that work with what the needles have opened. Not a beauty treatment. A reflection of the restoration happening inside.

Nourishment

Eating for the woman
your body is trying
to become.

In TCM, food is the first medicine — and for women, it is the most cyclical one. The right ingredients at the right time do more than nourish: they rebuild the blood quality that stress, poor sleep, and years of irregular eating have slowly diminished.

Your meals across the seven days are composed for your constitution and cycle phase. Blood-nourishing ingredients: dark, warming, easily absorbed. Herbs that support the uterus, calm the nervous system, and restore the Yin that a demanding life quietly consumes. Nothing faddy. Nothing complicated.

Just food that has been chosen — not for how it looks on a table, but for what it does inside you.

Day 7

Not a treatment.
A return.

You did not come here to be fixed. You came here to be reminded of what undepleted feels like.

The skin holds colour differently by the end of the week. The breath has more room. The body that arrived braced and running has begun, slowly, to open. Your final session is a conversation about what changed — in the cycle, in the skin, in the quality of your sleep — and what the simplest daily practices are that will help you hold onto what this week has restored, once you return to the life that put you here.

Women's Wellness Continuation Protocol

A 90-day personalised guide to movement practices, dietary guidance, and cycle-specific recommendations that will help your body maintain the balance established during the programme — designed around your constitution and where you are in life, not a generic plan.

Herbal Support for Cycle & Radiance

A curated selection of herbal preparations chosen for your constitution — to support continued cycle regulation, skin quality, and the sustained restoration that your particular pattern of depletion needs to maintain after you return home.
